Wyatt at 18 months:
Height: 33 inches- 72nd percentile
Weight: 27 pounds, 3 ounces- 86th percentile
Head Circumference: 46.25 cm- 20th percentile
He is saying several words (that we can understand) and his favorite words are book, dada, milk and MAMA! He loves to say MAMA and yell for his brother- BAW! WyWy loves to dance and clap at the end of songs. His favorite song is the Itsy Bitsy Spider. Brock sings it over and over for him and Wyatt claps every time. He loves for us to read books to him (just like big bro) and is always piling books on top of us and then asking for "up!" That means help me up in your lap and read; however, only read what I want, when I want it.
Brock also had his four year check-up with those awful four year shots! His stats were:
Height: 42.5 inches- 89th percentile
Weight: 41 pounds, 5 ounces- 85th percentile

Brock is doing really well with his letters and sounding them out. He is constantly asking us questions and asking for help on sounding things out, how to say things in Spanish, etc. He loves numbers and learning Spanish. He has Spanish class each Friday and always picks a word to ask the teacher to translate. Just the other night he counted to 100 for me (with a little help). It is amazing what he understands at the age of four. He can diffuse any situation with a simple, "I love you." I have been preparing him for our upcoming move and just tonight the conversation went like this...
Mama: Are you going to be sad to move out of this house?
Brock: Yes :(
Mama: Why Sweetie? Are you not excited for the new house?
Brock: No, because it is UGLY!
Mama: Don't worry! Daddy is going to make it pretty!
Oh, children are so honest. He is right....it is UGLY! We buy ugly houses and they just keep getting uglier and uglier. Thank goodness I married a talented man.
Both boys love to be outside EVERY DAY. We are always going on walks, throwing the ball, playing with sidewalk chalk, blowing bubbles, chasing butterflies, pulling weeds, etc. I hate that it will just be too hot too soon!
