Busy April!

We had a lot of fun stuff on the calendar in April...

Birthday Parties...a few photos from Emily's 2nd birthday party:

They hired a caricature artist for the party and the caricatures turned out cute...

I have to document this cute story.  The caricature artist had finished drawing me and Buck and was asking our names.
Artist:  What is your name?
Me:  Jessica
Artist: J-E-S-S-I-C-A?
Brock:  No!  M-A-M-A!
It was the cutest thing ever!!!

Next was the zoo...

Then stitches...  Yes, you read that right.  STITCHES!  I knew it would happen one day, but I guess I was expecting to wait a few more years.  Brock fell off the big spider web thing at the park.  Luckily, Daddy was there and is very calm.  Brock was brave and did very well while the doctor put three stitches in his chin.

Next, Thomas the Train!!!  Brock and I had a great time.  We saw everything we could that day, stopped to get ice cream on Main St. and had to sit on the sidewalk to rest on the way to the car.  Brock wanted me to carry him and I wanted him to carry me!  What a fun day!!!

Brock (while on Thomas the Train):  Mama, where are we going?
Mama:  To the Island of Sodor of course!
