We had a great time celebrating Christmas with family and friends. I love the Christmas holiday and the joy in the air. It is especially fun with our little ones!!! I have gathered several photos from some of our celebrations.
First, we had Christmas in Temple. Brock was not feeling well, so Buck stayed home with him. Wyatt and I went and had a great time visiting with everyone.

Christmas Eve with my family. We usually have steaks after Christmas Eve mass, but since we had those a few days early we made personal pizzas on the grill instead. It was fun! Wyatt showed us his love of trains that night when he grabbed the Christmas Thomas engine, rolled it along the floor and said, "choo choo!"
| They were allowed to each open one present before dinner... |
| The Express! Thanks Gigi and Grandpa! |

Christmas Eve was Snickers' (our Christmas elf) last night with us because he goes back with Santa to the North Pole. Snickers was sent to us by Santa the night of Thanksgiving and every night he would fly back to Santa and report on the boys' day. When he arrived back from Santa each night, he would fly to a different spot and Brock was excited to find him each morning. Snickers "forgot" to fly to a new spot once. He must have been very tired.
| Snickers' last day with us...perched on the plates. |
| A note left by Snickers for the boys. They miss him already. |
Christmas morning at the house was fun too! I let the video camera roll and did not take as many photos, but did get a few...
| Santa brought a new electric train! |
| Trains, trains, trains! |
We visited New Braunfels for a few days after Christmas and had fun with Grandma and Grandpa. We walked the Riverwalk one night after a great dinner. It was so pretty with tons of lights.
